Maura's first 6 weeks have flown by. Here are a couple of pictures of our little snuggle bug:

Happy Halloween

Danny wasn't too sure what to make of Halloween this year. He had picked out a chef's costume, but when the time came he didn't want to wear it. Luckily, the jacket from last year's firefighter costume still fit.

Maura looked adorable in her pumpkin sleeper and made it to a couple of houses before falling asleep.

Had a great time trick or treating with the LaBarges. Danny seemed to warm up to the whole Halloween idea once he realized candy was involved.

Maura Elizabeth

A couple of pictures of our newest addition. Born 10/18 at 4:15pm. 19 3/4" and 6 lbs 14 oz, small compared to her brother. Everyone is doing well, getting used to another little one in the house.

We love our Baby Maura (in highest pitch tone).

Danny's First Day of School

We are calling it school, even though it's parent's day out. Seems like school with a backpack and lunch. Overall, Danny had a good first day. He kept talking about race cars and his teachers. He did fall down and cut his lip, but by the time the school had called me he was already outside on the playground.

Danny loves to see the picture after it's taken, but getting him to wait for the flash takes some work. Third times the charm...

Labor Day Resolutions

Can't promise I will keep this resolution any better than my New Year's one, but it's worth a try. Need to get my pictures/blog post/Danny's baby book under control, so hopefully it won't be 6 months between posts again

Danny doesn't say his name yet but he sure spelled it tonight while getting ready for bed.

Talking

Danny has been talking up a storm lately. Mommy and Daddy are still having a hard time figuring some of the words out. He talks so fast (wonder who he gets that from).

Saturday was so nice I had to break out the grill for a steak.

Snow Days

Love the snow. Unfortunately, missed the best picture of the day. The 2nd time we went out, Danny's snow pants were a little stretched out. Aaron and I were shoveling the driveway and turned around to see Danny with pants around his ankles.
